This Blog has created it's on Page! --> Follow it HEREAn alluring
title...still realistically how much
“change” can I affect in 6 weeks?
Before you come
up with the answer you need to determine what the keyword in the
sentence is.
If you guessed
you as “I”, then you are right!
Could you, would you, eat green eggs and
ham?
“Could you or would
you stop what you are doing right now and do 100 crunches?” Even it didn’t
matter how long it would take, or how many times you stopped, just that in the
end you; 1) gasped out the word “one-hundred”, and 2) your abdominal muscles were
white-hot angry that you just took them to task.
“Could you or
would you strip away your clothes and without shame or flashes of humiliation,
take in the vision of every square inch of your body?”
[Tip] try it: five minutes a day for
2 weeks. Let me know what you’ve found – the best epiphany will receive a

If you had “step-by-step”
instructions – could you do it?
Today
this April 21, 2010, and your mission (
should you choose) is to affect positive
change in 6 weeks... to begin to change the shape of your body starting
tomorrow and to be fitter and more confident by June 3rdnd, 2010. Note:
This message will not self destruct!
Could you, would you take yourself to task
for the next six weeks?
Things you
will need
- Full length mirror
- Vitamin E body oil
- Eye liner pencil or marker
- Grits, guts, a self-determination to stay the course
Step 1: Go
ahead and mark yourself. That’s right, pick a portion of exposed skin and write
down “D&D” (the smaller the better, but large enough to be seen). Areas I
suggest for your newest body art are the top or underside of your wrist, top of
foot, or ankle. The idea is for the “D&D” to be easily seen primarily be
yourself, secondarily by others. Oh, in case you’re wondering, “D&D” stands
for down and dirty.
Once you’ve
marked you and others will know you are embarking on a new you. Welcome to the
club!
Step 2: (5
minutes of me time) Take account of your body by taking five minutes every
day to look at yourself in the mirror. By no accounts should this be
anything but a revitalizing and rejuvenating personal experience. How well do you really know yourself? How much better will you know yourself in six
weeks and how much outward confidence will you gain? Not to point out: you are
not there to belittle/berate yourself. No body is perfect, everyone has flaws! The vitamin E oil is to apply to your body (nourish the skin) while you are lavishing in your vision for those five minutes.
Step 3: Come back to this
blog every day so you can get tomorrow’s workout as well as pick-up additional
information and tips. Post comments or ask questions. This page should be your
home point for the next six weeks.
Step 4: Go get yourself a
1.5L bottle of water and drink (a minimum of 2 of them a day).
Step 5: Go to bed 15
minutes earlier tonight. Spend five of those minutes tracing over the D&D with
your finger.
Step 6: Prepare yourself mentally for:
- Being more "health conscious" to your calorie intake
- Incorporating exercise for at least 15 minutes per day
Step 7: Come back here later tonight to get tomorrows workout and/or insight in how to make your current workout more exciting and results oriented.
Stay Fit,
Angela
