Things are going well. My Jan Tana tanning products came in today, my new shoes arrived weeks earlier, and I got a new shiny bracelet to wear. Still eating "normal" and will continue to do this through the weekend. I will start to decrease carbs on Monday, maybe even Sunday, but I want to keep myself from getting too lean, so this show will be a little bit of an experiment with final week dieting.
Lifted legs twice, will work them once more than just stick with treadmill (steep incline) and spin on high resistance. Lifted heavy, really heavy the last couple of weeks - and if you go to my training program http://www.angelamraz.com/Client/Angela_M you will see the exact sets, reps, and weights I performed.
So far there seems to be about 18 girls competing in Pittsburgh, it will be exciting and invigorating. I can't wait to get back on stage!
